It covers online purchases or purchases through any official sales channels operated by the organization, exchanges or returns in specified cases, and the rights and obligations of both the buyer and the seller.

Qualified Device: An electronic device that has been refurbished and renewed and is not a new product.
Buyer: The customer who enters into a purchase contract through the website.
Seller / Organization: Estidama Computers Establishment, as the service provider and investment arm of Ertiqa Association.
User / Customer: Any person who visits the website, creates an account, or interacts with the website to obtain products.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): A security protocol used to encrypt exchanged data and protect information.
Force Majeure: An exceptional and unforeseeable event occurring beyond the control of the parties to the contract.

Products include refurbished and qualified devices as well as new devices.
External Condition Classification of Refurbished Devices: The external condition of devices is classified according to clear standards, such as:
Excellent: No visible scratches.
Very Good: Minor signs of use.
Good: Noticeable signs of use.
Specifications: The organization is committed to providing complete technical specifications for each product, including the processor, RAM, storage, and battery condition.
Order Contents: Devices are sold with only the contents and accessories explicitly stated on the product page. Product images may vary slightly from the actual device due to the nature of refurbished products.

The Exchange and Return Policy and Warranty Policy have been excluded as requested.

Payment Methods: The organization provides secure electronic payment options, as well as installment payment services such as Tabby and Tamara. If an electronic payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and any temporarily held amounts will be released automatically according to the bank’s policy.
